Terms of service

Last updated 2026-08-24.

The rules for using PostGryphon. Written to be read rather than to be skipped, so it is short, and there is nothing in it that is not in plain words.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Faelore Studios, who operates PostGryphon. Using the service means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are saying you are allowed to.

Your account

You need a working email address and a password you have not used elsewhere. Keep it to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as done by you.

One person, one account. You can run as many brands under it as you like.

Your content stays yours

Everything you write and upload belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and no right to use it for anything except running the service you asked for: storing it, showing it back to you, and sending it to the platforms you chose at the time you chose.

We do not use your content to train models — ours or anyone else’s.

The social platforms have their own rules

PostGryphon publishes on your behalf to accounts you connect. Each of those platforms has its own terms, and those apply to what you post there just as much as these do. A post that breaks their rules can be removed, and your account there can be suspended, by them and without us.

Platforms also change their APIs, their limits and their approval requirements without notice, and sometimes without documentation. When one does, publishing to it can stop working until we catch up. We will tell you when that happens instead of letting posts quietly disappear.

What you may not do with it

No spam, no bulk automated posting to accounts you do not own, no content that is illegal where you or we are, no impersonation, no malware, and nothing that sexualises children.

Do not use it to publish to accounts you are not authorised to publish to, and do not try to reach another customer’s data. We will close accounts that do either, without notice.

Availability

This is a scheduling tool, which means the promise it makes is that things go out on time. We take that seriously and we still cannot promise it will never fail. Platforms go down, tokens expire, APIs change.

What we do promise is that you will be able to tell. Every publish attempt is recorded, failures are visible in the app, and nothing is reported as published unless the platform said so.

PostGryphon is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Price

PostGryphon is free while it is in early access. If that changes, existing accounts get at least 30 days’ notice by email before any charge, and nothing is billed without you agreeing to it first.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, from inside the app. It takes effect immediately and takes your data with it.

We can close an account that breaks the acceptable-use section above, or that we are legally required to close. Short of that, if we ever shut the service down we will give you at least 30 days to get your data out.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost audience, lost opportunity — arising from the service.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by any of this.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes go to the courts there. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim where you live.
